THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The material is cheap, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd purchased something functional instead. Save
